Science, man.

Welcome to my blog about chemistry!  

So..... I'm taking summer school chem because I need to get this class out of the way, plain and simple.  I've never had much of a science brain, but that hadn't been a problem until last year (9th grade Honors Bio).  7th grade science with Mr. Rector was fantastic because while it was somewhat easy, I still feel like I learned a lot from that class.  8th grade science was a piece of cake as long as you could read directions and handle a screwdriver.  Throughout middle school it was more or less EASY to stay in the honors science courses, which is why Dr. G's 9th grade Honors Bio was such a slap in the face.  I made horrible scores in her class all year, no matter how hard I tried to reverse my ever-plummeting grade.  I hope focusing on chemistry ALONE this year (without the history and the english and the math and the latin) will help me improve my understanding of the subject material.
